A previous location in midtown atlanta did not do my fill in my wisdom tooth correctly, there were holes found misinforming the patient of procedure being done. Days later I was in soooo much pain! I decided to change offices and instead go with a dentist at college park office. I am happy to say the dentist and her staff did a wonderful job by really really closing and fixing my problem area by responding with cleaning the area with retreatment. I am so thankful for the staff from the front office desk to the hygienist to the dentist at the college park location for their experience and wonderful customer service. Hands down best location in Georgia is the College Park office. Not to mention parking was easy and freeee! More

I’m going to keep this short and sweet. I took my mother to the office today for an appointment that she has been waiting to receive since November 2023. This was initially not going to be a very nice review, but I can tell you Dr. Johnson saved the day. If you are considering going to the college park, Mint dentistry, you better make sure you ask for Dr. Johnson otherwise you will be one of the others leaving 1 Star. I was petrified to even go to the dentist. Like most people I would rather be doing something else with my time… This was my first time having to get a deep cleaning. While getting a cleaning isn’t scary them telling me that I had to get stuck with a needle in my gums was the scary part for me… Cheryl was the young lady who did my cleaning and made me so comfortable the entire visit..She also did my cleaning without having to stick me… if I could have her do all my dental work I would lol… thank you to Mint dentistry and the staff More

This is by far the BEST dental office I’ve ever been to. Professionalism - over the top! The office is beautiful. Massage chairs in each room and I was able to select my own radio station (on the flat screen/Pandora) and/or a movie on Netflix to make my room/visit comfortable for me. They gave me some Mint shades and a take-home whitening kit - absolutely love it! Awesome experience. Book an appointment ASAP! More

Let me regale you with the saga of my visit to Mint Dentistry, where I was welcomed at the front by a young, militated queen (apparently, there were five of them in total). She sported the freshest micro cornrows that were so on point, I considered leaving a tip so she could go back and tip the lady that did them. But I digress. Now, onto the dental shenanigans! As Tina Marie played in the background and some young lady let everyone in the office know she can SANG, I couldn't help but feel like I stumbled into a dental Broadway musical Mint Dentistry present "Dental Hamilton." I have never had two people in my mouth at the same time like they were--they had me rethinking my lifestyle choices. They truly made my dental experience memorable. I don’t know what the hell the CEO of Mint Dentisry is doing to make the staff provide excellent customer service consistently but whatever it is, he needs to bottle up his magic and sell it to other business owners for a discount so they’ll be enticed to buy it to get their employees to treat people like the staff does at MD. Nowadays it’s a challenge to go into an establishment to get consistently good customer service from everyone. However, each time I go to MD, the staff is always pleasant, some are super nice and friendly but at minimum I’ve always had a pleasant interaction with the staff. Unlike my former dentist office used to do for 15 years (ie G.E.D.), I have not been severely overcharged although I have always had pretty good insurance. I’ve not received any outlandish back billing like I’d get from GED. Every time i go to Mint dentistry and check out, Im always waiting for them to ask me to pay some high price for this, that, or the other because for 15 years this is exactly what my former dentist staff would do at checkout despite the fact I’ve always had insurance. To date it hasn’t happened here and I’ve been going almost a year. All i can do is thank my former dentist office for going down hill over the years and the Mint denistry CEO for bombarding the radio station I listen to with constant advertisements because if my dentist office hadn’t gotten so bad that I got sick of them and knew I needed to change and I didn’t constantly hear the Mint denistry commercials, I never would have left G.E.D. especially since it’s right down the street from my house. But so glad i made the switch. Only wish I’d done it sooner because I could’ve said hundreds of dollars in my pocket and some headaches by simply making the switch. More

This is a long story and turned out to be an even longer process. I choose not to speak negative about the negative part of my experience and the 2 Dr.‘s that caused it. However, I will say Dr. Kimble is the Dr. you should request with anything dental. Dr. Kimble had to go over 2 other Dr. ‘s work from this office. That alone is not always the easiest. We’ll needless to say he fixed my issue of new fillings and the millions of adjustments it took to get it right. He talked me though each and every step. He pulled up my X-rays and showed me exactly what I was what & where the issues were! Lastly the wonderful persons that assisted him was Ms. ShaQuana. Y’all she is the most patient and professional person to encounter! ShaQuana is actually the reason I decided to stick with this company after all my visits and still having pain and discomfort. Updating my previous review, my extraction was much better than my first visit. I would recommend coming when they first open. I was home an hour after my appointment and they handled the extraction extremely well. My recovery 24 hours later is already smoother than expected. After it was time for my actual procedure (fillings) where I was then greeted my Dr. Johnson whom was assisted also by Ms. Shaquana. I went in here a nervous wreck today! But from the time that I walked in the door the receptionist was welcoming and very pleasant. I was reluctant about the procedures. Because I was one of those people that the commercial was talking about. I hadn't been to the dentist in 20 years because I was terribly afraid of the dentist and those noises from the drills in your mouth. I had a guy dental assistant and he went above and beyond to unnerve me as well as giving me a blanket to help me warm up, he also turned the heat on chair, then he turned on the massage on the chair, all of this was due to my nerves because I was really scared. And the doctor! OMG he was just as nice as the staff. If not nicer! I choose Christmas music to listen at while waiting but it was not working I was still jumpy and nervous so the Dr. put on calmer music. Setting the tone for the exam . He then developed me a plan for tackling my mouths issues in order of importance. So as I settled down he answered my concerns and assured me that whatever part of the plan that I choose they would take care of me . I had a lot going on with this decayed tooth but I never felt so comfortable getting a tooth pulled, it was over before I knew it. Thanks again College Park Mynt Denistry Team! More

After check in Precious gave a explanation of the X-rays needed and informed us of the free whiting trays as a token of appreciation. Free whitening trays were a smile worthy gift! The massage chairs as well as option to either listen to pandora or catch Netflix shows further made the visit more enjoyable. My dental hygienist Ms. Joann was great and super friendly. Dr. Fields was very detailed on the findings of our dental exam and both friendly and professional. Could not have asked for a better first impression. Professional !! Had a root canal(and unexpected filing) done today , and when they schedule for a certain time, BE ON TIME! This is a good office. I want to add that I have major dental anxiety, so I giving it 5 stars means a lot. I arrived with normal blood pressure to be on the slightly high side as it always is for dental appointments. The tech took my pressure again after I was settled- and it was much better of course. I travel for work and had a slight emergency when my crown unexpectedly detached. Of course I googled a dentist near me, but was quite apprehensive as this office looked to be a “chain” and not an actual dentistry we’re all use to (private practice). I went anyways and I had a pleasant experience. My first visit was just to bond my my original crown. I don’t usually trust every dentist because of my anxiety and experience, but I because I felt so comfortable I decided to book an appointment once more to have the up building and crowning done since I would be in the area for work and was impressed by the dentist. I came back for my up build and new crown fitting and was just as comfortable. Dr. Brown is a great dentist. She was very general and her demeanor made me feel like I was in good hands. My dental tech was Shayla, who absolutely made sure I was comfy every step of the way and eager to do a great job. I hope I have this dual with visits in the future. Though I travel most of the year, I’m considering doing a full dental plan because of these two. I would definitely fly in for treatment. Give them a chance. More

Nice and professional staff, answered my questions about cleanings and cost, and did not push additional services. They give away, yes that’s right, give away whitening gel and trays for you to use at home after your cleaning. Unfortunately, I didn’t see a significant difference with my teeth after using up one tube in two weeks, but I was grateful to try it for free rather than potentially pay hundreds elsewhere and be disappointed with the result. I wish they were in network with my insurance and I wish they would'vetold me this prior to the appointment. I absolutely LOVED my visit there. Everyone was so nice and professional, the amenities were unlike any dentist office, and everything was new and updated. BUT they are a Texas company which means yes they take GA insurance but it will be out of network costs. So anything outside of a cleaning or x-rays are going to be really expensive. The same amount they were going to charge me for one root canal and a crown, I could get 5 crowns done at an "in network" dentist. I couldn't afford it, but maybe others can. Just pay attention to your prices. More

I was referred by a friend and I am really glad she did! I loved that they are black owned which first caught my attention. As background, I have been going to the same dental office off and on *breaks when I moved away for college* since about 2006. Well, the office I’d been going to closed down with no expected date of reopening, and with my dental insurance being so iffy, I had to call over 20 places in Metro-Atlanta before getting someone who accepted it AND had openings. Luckily I found Mint Dentistry just over a week ago, and was able to be seen today! At my first visit, everyone I interacted with was genuinely cool. They all were welcoming, informative, chill vibes… and very funny! Jasmine was my nurse (I believe that was her position / title) before seeing the hygienist and doctor, and we had a good talk while doing my x-rays and settling me into the exam room. I wish I took pictures of the office because it was so clean and nicely decorated. I was offered water upon check in, and there is chapstick for patients. (Looking back, I should have grabbed a water for extra hydration of my lips, since every one knows your lips get super dry in exams. I did grab AND put on the chapstick right before the hygienist began to make sure my lips weren’t dried out.. it was put on in vain LOL) Oh, wait. Here’s the best part of my visit: they have massage exam chairs AND give you the choice of netflix or your preferred pandora station!!! Listen. I was shocked. I had that massage chair going and it was hard to not sing along to the 90’s r&b station while getting my teeth cleaned! One of the ladies said they’re “the chick fil a of dental offices,” and I absolutely agree. It was such a pleasant experience, and I look forward to my continued relationship with this location. I had a crack in my back tooth and Dr. Brown first took a look and saw the crack, and was able to refer me to Dr. Hardaway for a second opinion all in one. I really appreciate the time taken to make sure I received the best care possible. Dr. Hardaway and Nerissa worked on my tooth today and I had the best time. I was able to watch Netflix and utilize the massaging chairs. Despite, my slight anxiety I was reassured by Dr. Hardaway and Nerissa that they will make sure I wont feel anything during the procedure. There were a couple of other assistants who popped their head in by the names of Patrice, Raven and Jazmine who were training on this procedure and were very nice as well. I made an initial new patient appointment and was able to be seen the next day at the MINT location of my choice. I expected the typical drab dental visit with office decor from before my existence and elevator music playing from the system overhead. My expectations were far surpassed. The office is state-of-the-art with patient massage chairs, high tech equipment and customizable entertainment. The staff seemed nice and I was pleased to see them wearing and frequently changing their PPE. At the end of my visit I was given a treatment plan. This treatment plan discussed the dental follow up procedures that were presented to me. My treatment plan is certainly affordable and the office attendant made every effort to get me scheduled. I was unable to schedule because I didn't know my personal availability for the upcoming week. Needless to say, I went from being a New Patient to an Established Patient (who can't wait to return). This is by far the BEST dental office I’ve ever been to. Professionalism - over the top! The office is beautiful. Massage chairs in each room and I was able to select my own radio station (on the flat screen/Pandora) and/or a movie on Netflix to make my room/visit comfortable for me. They gave me some Mint shades and a take-home whitening kit - absolutely love it! Awesome experience. Book an appointment ASAP! More

I absolutely hate the dentist but Mint dentistry made my visit the most pleasant experience ever. The staff was super nice and this location was very clean. My dentist smelled good and she really did a great job with my fillings. I’m def making this my permanent dentistry. More

First time visiting Mint Dentistry and I felt welcome from the door all the way until I walked out.. it was the 90’s music for me and the vibrating chair as well. I would come back every time.. I love sexy teeth!! More
